Recently, the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit issued an official notice: Starting April 14, 2026, biometric data collection will be implemented for all St. Kitts and Nevis citizens globally.

Key points of the new policy:
1. All applications submitted on or after April 14, 2026, must provide biometric data before the issuance of the Certificate of Registration.
2. All clients (those who have already received their Certificate of Registration, those with applications currently under review, or those who submitted applications before April 14) must complete biometric data collection by July 31, 2027.
3. Currently, biometric data collection centers are located at:
• Passport Office in Basseterre, St. Kitts and Nevis
• St. Kitts and Nevis Consulate in Ottawa, Canada
• St. Kitts and Nevis Consulate in London, UK
• St. Kitts and Nevis Consulate in Abu Dhabi, UAE
• St. Kitts and Nevis Consulate in Taipei
• St. Kitts and Nevis Consulate in Rabat, Morocco
St. Kitts and Nevis plans to establish more collection centers globally in the future.
It is worth mentioning that on the morning of March 25, 2026, Mr. Calvin St. Juste, Chairman of the Board of Governors of the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit, visited WorldWay Group. He was warmly received by the senior management of WorldWay Group, and both parties engaged in in-depth discussions.
When discussing the layout of biometric data collection centers, Mr. Calvin St. Juste indicated that in the future, centers will be established in regions such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong, China. This means that for Chinese investors, the overall impact of this new regulation is limited, as they will not need to travel abroad specifically for this purpose and can complete the relevant collection process within China.
