The U.S. Department of State's Visa Office has officially released the U.S. immigrant visa bulletin for September 2020, the final month of the 2020 fiscal year. The latest results show that for Table A, the final action date for EB-5 applicants is August 15, 2015, an advancement of one week compared to August. Table B remains unchanged at December 15, 2015.
Table A: Final Action Date (FAD)
(Note: For consular processing at the U.S. Consulate General in Guangzhou & filing Form I-485 for adjustment of status with USCIS)

Table B: Date for Filing Application (DFF)
(Note: For those already holding legal residency in the U.S. and filing Form I-485 for adjustment of status with USCIS)

【WorldWay Interpretation】
I. The EB-5 investment immigration visa cutoff date is August 15, 2015. Investors who have received I-526 approval and have a priority date earlier than August 15, 2015, may proceed to the final consular interview stage or file an I-485 adjustment of status application within the United States to apply for an immigrant visa or adjust their immigration status. Due to the pandemic, the U.S. Department of State suspended global consular visa services on March 20, 2020. At present, it is unknown when the U.S. Consulate General in Guangzhou will resume operations; WorldWay will continue to monitor the situation.
II. It is worth noting that USCIS did not activate Table B in April, May, June, July, or August. Whether Table B will be activated in September remains to be seen. When Table B was activated in March, WorldWay successfully completed I-485 filings for all applicants who met the criteria at that time.
III. The EB-5 visa priority dates for mainland Chinese investors experienced two significant leaps in March and May. In March, the Table A priority date for EB-5 visas advanced by 5.5 months, and Table B advanced by 7 months; in May, the Table A priority date for EB-5 visas advanced by 47 days. The significant advancement of Tables A and B in March allowed a large number of investors to land in the U.S. or adjust their status approximately two years earlier than previously predicted, providing a major turning point for many investors who were facing the risk of their children aging out. From June to September, the EB-5 visa priority dates for mainland Chinese investors continued to advance steadily; however, due to the suspension and postponement of interviews at the U.S. Consulate General in Guangzhou, EB-5 visa processing has effectively stalled.
IV. Currently, USCIS continues to receive and process immigration applications as usual. For investors with a rigid demand for U.S. immigration, they should assess their own situations in a timely manner and secure high-quality projects early. "Prepare early, apply early, join the queue early, and benefit early!"
V. For those interested in immigrating to the U.S., the Yellowstone Club Phase II project, which is highly favored by investors in the current market, is an excellent choice to help investors successfully immigrate to the U.S. As one of the few EB-5 projects on the market that complies with the new regulations for the $900,000 low-price investment, it combines numerous outstanding advantages, including dual USCIS approval, job creation that has already exceeded requirements, repayment secured by assets worth five times the investment, and transparent fund supervision, thereby significantly protecting the interests of investors.
