Office of the Governor of Massachusetts, USA

Massachusetts State House, USA
This marks the second time that WorldWay has received a US state-level honor. Back in 2013, the Governor of Idaho presented an "Outstanding Contribution Award" certificate to WorldWay on behalf of the state government.

This commendation is not only an affirmation of WorldWay's long-standing focus on immigrant integration and support for new immigrants' development, but also further reflects WorldWay's consistent service philosophy: immigration services should not be limited to visa processing, but should focus on clients' post-arrival life and development. For an immigrant family, obtaining immigration status is just a new beginning; truly starting a life overseas requires addressing many practical issues.

After Obtaining the Green Card
How to Truly Integrate into American Society?
For many families, immigrating to the US means new life opportunities, as well as changes in living environment, social relationships, and future development space.
However, after actually setting foot on American soil, new challenges have just begun.
Language barriers, cultural differences, housing arrangements, children's education, medical insurance, tax systems, as well as employment, entrepreneurship, and social interaction are all practical issues that new immigrants need to gradually understand and adapt to.
For families immigrating with children, it is also necessary to consider how children can enter the new educational system, adapt to different teaching methods, and plan future educational pathways.
For families hoping to live and develop in the US in the long term, establishing local social connections, understanding community culture, and expanding professional resources are equally vital.
These issues are not automatically solved by obtaining a Green Card. The change in status is merely the first step; establishing a stable life in a new country and achieving family development are the longer-term goals after immigration.
Immigration is not just a change of status, but a re-establishment of a family's lifestyle, social relationships, and future development space.
Therefore, immigration services should not stop at helping clients obtain legal status, but should extend beyond arrival to help new immigrants settle down, adapt to the environment, develop careers, and gradually integrate into local society.

Providing Support for New Lives and a Foundation for Integration
Helping new immigrants integrate into American society involves not only assisting them with daily living issues, but more importantly, helping them build social connections, understand local culture, and gradually participate in community life.
New immigrants are not only beneficiaries of local social services, but also participants and contributors to economic, cultural, and community development. Helping them progress from becoming familiar with local life to establishing social relationships and participating in community activities represents a deeper value of immigration services.
While delivering client services, the WorldWay US Customer Service Center actively leverages its bridging role as a local platform, creating more opportunities for new immigrants to expand social relationships and understand local public life through alumni exchanges, community connections, and cross-cultural interactions.
From adapting to local life to participating in community building, and from receiving social support to actively giving back to society, this embodies the true integration of new immigrants into local society.

Empowering New Immigrants to Settle and Thrive, Building a Brighter Future Together
For over twenty years, WorldWay has witnessed countless families cross oceans to embark on new lives.
From obtaining immigration status to settling down and building careers; from adapting to new environments to integrating into local society; from achieving personal and family growth to actively participating in community building—every step carries the aspiration of new immigrants for a better life.
WorldWay has always believed that immigration services should not end with helping clients obtain legal status, but should focus even more on whether clients can truly settle down, thrive, integrate into society, and embrace a better future after immigrating.
Immigration services should not stop at a Green Card. Immigration services have a beginning, but no end.
What we help new immigrants bridge is not just national borders, but also language and cultural barriers; what we connect is not just two countries, but the present and future of a family.
In the future, WorldWay will continue to focus on the long-term needs of clients, constantly improving its overseas service system, and supporting more families to settle down, thrive, integrate into society, and start a better life in their new environments.
