Latest news: The final chapter of Montenegro's EU accession negotiations, "Chapter 8 - Competition," will officially open on June 30, 2020. This means that the process of Montenegro joining the EU has significantly accelerated in 2020!

Ambassadors of EU member states stationed in Brussels have confirmed the decision to open Chapter 8 (the final chapter) of negotiations with Montenegro. Montenegro is currently the only EU candidate country among those offering investment citizenship programs that is located in the EU's eastern expansion region and uses the Euro as its legal tender. As a leading EU candidate country, Montenegro may join the EU by 2025, and its investment citizenship program is considered by the immigration industry to be a "potential stock" and a "high-growth stock." The launch of the Montenegro Citizenship by Investment Program has opened a pathway for investors to obtain EU citizenship in the future. When that time comes, the Montenegro passport held may be upgraded to an EU passport, and its value is self-evident. This program has become an excellent choice for investors for overseas investment, business, identity, and health planning!
Currently, the investment citizenship programs approved by the Montenegrin government—the "Breza Hotel" and "Bjelasica 1450 Hotel" projects—are immigration projects in the European investment immigration market with relatively short investment terms. These projects have no holding period restrictions, and investors can freely resell them after the transfer of ownership! They are highly sought after by many investors! Starting from 350,000 Euros, you can not only acquire property with permanent ownership but also apply for a Montenegro passport for your whole family, achieving a win-win for overseas property and overseas identity!
