【Interpretation by WorldWay Immigration】
I. With the reauthorization of the EB-5 Regional Center Program through the budget bill, the visa cutoff date for applications submitted through the EB-5 Regional Center Program and direct investment category will both be September 8, 2014, advancing by one week. Investors who have received I-526 approval and have a priority date earlier than September 8, 2014, can proceed to the final consular interview or submit the I-485 adjustment of status application in the U.S. and obtain a green card.
II. The USCIS utilized Chart B for the first four months of the new fiscal year 2019 (from October 2018 to January 2019) for all employment-based visa categories, and began to phase out Chart B in the fifth month of the new fiscal year 2019, which is February 2019. The future use of Chart B remains to be observed.
Currently, the existing U.S. EB-5 Regional Center Program has been extended until September 30, 2019, which may be the last deadline for maintaining the low investment amount of $500,000 for U.S. EB-5 investment immigration. For individuals intending to immigrate to the U.S., it is essential to make a prompt decision, submit applications quickly, and plan ahead to obtain U.S. permanent residency to adapt to any changes.
Investors can choose high-quality projects that have been approved by USCIS, are expected to shorten the waiting period, have completed all employment, and offer first-priority repayment guarantees, which will greatly protect investors' interests and assist them in successfully immigrating to the U.S.
The two highly popular EB-5 projects from WorldWay Immigration: the luxurious boutique hotel at 9 Manhattan and Dallas 1 are exceptional quality projects, and both are currently progressing steadily as planned.
With limited slots for quality projects, individuals with green card needs and available funds should seize the opportunity to immigrate to the U.S. at the low investment amount of $500,000. Please do not miss out and submit your application as soon as possible. Good projects do not wait for anyone; green card applications should be made early.
