On the occasion of the 10th anniversary celebration of Shi Mo Tong's U.S. investment immigration, Shi Mo Tong has been conducting high-end interviews frequently. Recently, Mr. Daniel B. Lundy, a partner at the renowned U.S. immigration law firm Klakso, flew from the U.S. to China to warmly congratulate Shi Mo Tong on its 10th anniversary and provided authoritative interpretations on the potential changes in the EB-5 program that the industry is focused on.

During the meeting with Dr. Winner Xing, the President of Shi Mo Tong, Mr. Daniel B. Lundy shared the changing trends in the U.S. investment immigration EB-5 policy: the new bill is highly likely to be passed before September 30. Even if it is not passed before September 30, the Immigration Bureau may issue related administrative orders at any time, increasing the current investment amount from $500,000 to $800,000, or even $1,200,000.
Shi Mo Tong's U.S. immigration experts pointed out that although this is merely Mr. Daniel B. Lundy's analysis based on his years of experience as an immigration attorney and not a conclusion, it undoubtedly serves as a reminder to potential investors to take action as soon as possible and select high-quality EB-5 projects before potential policy changes occur.
In addition, Mr. Daniel B. Lundy also mentioned the uncertainty in employment calculation methods, potential changes in TEA, and more serious issues regarding visa backlogs, which further extend a series of uncertainties that significantly increase the investors’ risks.
Shi Mo Tong's U.S. immigration experts believe that the most effective way to respond to visa backlogs currently is to queue up as soon as possible and choose already approved high-quality EB-5 projects, because the Immigration Bureau will not re-examine approved EB-5 projects, saving time on processing project documents and supplementary materials, with expected processing speeds usually faster than the average time, making it an excellent approach to address visa backlogs.
Currently, Shi Mo Tong's two hot-selling approved EB-5 projects are the DLJ Four Seasons Hotel Resort Project (an approved project with investment and repayment from the trillion-dollar real estate fund DLJ) and the Columbus 90 Apartment Project (a Manhattan concept scarce apartment project with full I-526 document approval). Both projects boast strong developers, sufficient job creation, low investment and repayment risks, and excellent exit mechanisms. Of course, each project also has its own additional advantages, becoming a preferable choice for seizing low-cost investment immigration opportunities to the U.S.
At the same time, in celebration of the 10th anniversary of Shi Mo Tong's U.S. investment immigration, Shi Mo Tong is giving away thousands of service fee vouchers worth 10,000 yuan, which investors can use to offset the immigration service fee by 10,000 yuan. For details, please call: 400-138-2929
