Major positive news has officially taken effect. As of November 14, 2025, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has officially restored the application fees related to EB-5 investment immigration to the previous standards in effect before April 1, 2024.
• I-526/E: Reduced from $11,160 to $3,675;
• I-829: Reduced from $9,525 to $3,750;
• I-956&I-956F: Restored to $17,795;
• I-956G: Restored to $3,035.
In other words, by submitting an EB-5 application now, each applicant can save $7,485, with even more significant savings for family applications.
However, please note:
This "fee reduction window" is very brief—if you do not submit as soon as possible, you will face higher costs in the future.

"More significant price increases" may arrive in early 2026
This fee reduction occurred only because a court ruled that the USCIS fee increase procedure was unlawful, necessitating a temporary return to the old fees.
Meanwhile, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released a draft of new EB-5 immigrant visa fee regulations in October 2025:
• Public comment period ends December 22, 2025
• Increases are highly likely to exceed previous levels
• Expected to officially take effect in early 2026
In other words:
The current price reduction is temporary; higher costs in the future are highly probable.
The later you submit, the higher the cost. The earlier you submit, the more money you save.
The current application period is a "policy bonus window":
Save money, save time, and have peace of mind
1. The earlier you submit, the more you save on costs
The reductions for I-526E and I-829 are genuine, helping families save a significant budget.
2. The new EB-5 law currently has no visa backlog, allowing for concurrent filing of I-526E + I-485
Under the new EB-5 law, the "concurrent filing" policy allows applicants in the U.S. to file I-526E and I-485 simultaneously, enabling them to obtain a Combo card in about 3 months and quickly achieve legal residency and employment authorization.
However, as the number of applicants continues to rise, the reserved visa quotas may face pressure, and the specter of a backlog is quietly approaching. Once a backlog appears, the current advantage of the "concurrent filing" fast track will no longer exist.
3. Rural projects enjoy priority processing, no backlog, and fast speed
Under the new EB-5 law, rural reserved projects have more ample quotas and enjoy priority processing rights. The earlier you submit, the sooner you enter the processing queue.
4. Material preparation takes time; apply early to catch the window
Explaining the source of funds and preparing documents take time. If you don't start now, you will truly miss the low-fee period.
5. Countdown to the EB-5 grandfathering clause
It is worth noting that the EB-5 grandfathering clause has entered its final countdown (expiring September 30, 2026). Applications submitted before this date will be protected by current policies; the earlier you submit, the more secure you are!
For families and investors currently planning their EB-5, now is the most cost-effective, fastest, and most secure golden application period.
Worldway has three high-quality EB-5 rural projects in hand, further helping investors securely, efficiently, and without backlog, achieve their U.S. identity planning and quickly embark on the path to a new life in the United States.
Global quotas are limited and spots are scarce—first come, first served; do not miss this opportunity!
