For immigrant investors looking to start a new life in the United States, the updates on immigration visa wait times released by the U.S. Department of State are undoubtedly a focal point of their attention. Each change in the wait times signifies different waiting periods and application opportunities for various immigrant applicants.
The U.S. Department of State's Visa Office has officially announced the immigration visa bulletin for the second month of the new fiscal year 2025, specifically for November 2024, regarding the EB-5 investment immigration visa.
The latest results indicate that the A Table remains unchanged, with the direct investment categories C5 and T5 aligned with the non-visa reserved categories I5 and R5 of regional center projects, maintaining the date of July 15, 2016. The B Table remains unchanged, with the direct investment categories C5 and T5 aligned with the non-visa reserved categories I5 and R5 of regional center projects, maintaining the date of October 1, 2016.
It is noteworthy that the three categories under the new EB-5 policy (rural areas, high unemployment areas, infrastructure) for reserved visa projects continue to have no wait time status.

(Note: U.S. consulate interviews & submission of AOS applications to USCIS)
B Table: Dates For Filing Of Employment-Based Visa Applications
(Note: Must be legally residing in the U.S. and meet relevant conditions to submit AOS applications to USCIS)
Additionally, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has officially announced the opening of the B Table for submissions in November. This marks the second consecutive opening of the B Table for the acceptance of I-485 adjustment of status applications in the new fiscal year.
According to the November visa bulletin, the priority date for non-visa reserved categories of EB-5 regional center projects for applicants born in mainland China is July 15, 2016. Investors who have received I-526 approval with a priority date earlier than July 15, 2016, can proceed to the final consulate interview process or submit an I-485 adjustment of status application in the U.S. For investors who have received I-526 approval with a priority date between July 15, 2016, and October 1, 2016, it is recommended to pay fees and submit the DS-260 form and documents to the NVC for review as soon as possible to obtain the conclusion letter. The document teams and customer service teams of the WorldWay Immigration Group will continue to initiate client screening, contact relevant law firms, and submit NVC visa applications/I-485 adjustment of status for eligible applicants, providing interview guidance, etc.
At the same time, according to the November visa bulletin, EB-5 visa reserved categories for investors born in mainland China still have no wait time status. For investors, it is crucial to act quickly now to secure reserved visa quotas in advance and take advantage of the "fast track" to immigrate to the United States without a wait time! After the implementation of the new EB-5 investment immigration policy, applicants can also engage in "dual submission" in the U.S., meaning that applicants without wait times can simultaneously submit I-526E immigration applications and I-485 adjustment of status applications, and can also apply for travel permits I-131 and work permits I-765, also known as the "little green card," allowing them to legally reside and live in the U.S.
Applicants interested in immigrating to the United States should act quickly to seize the opportunity. Currently, there are more ample quotas for rural projects, so applying early will lead to quicker approvals and benefits!
