Many Chinese parents hope to send their children abroad for a high-quality education, and the United States is one of the top choices. However, among the numerous universities in the U.S., finding the school that best suits one's child is a challenging decision. Each university differs in its educational standards, academic environment, faculty strength, and campus culture, all of which will directly impact a child's learning experience and personal growth in the U.S. Faced with so many options, how can we select the university that is most suitable for our child? A recently released ranking deserves every parent's deep consideration!

Ranking Methodology
The 2025 QS World University Rankings cover 1,500 universities from 106 higher education systems. While the scoring criteria remain the same, some adjustments have been made to the weighting of various factors. The specific increases/decreases are as follows:

1. Academic Reputation: 30% weighting, down 10%
2. Employer Reputation: 15% weighting, up 5%
3. Faculty-Student Ratio: 10% weighting, down 10%
4. Citations per Faculty: 20% weighting, unchanged
5. International Faculty Ratio: 5% weighting, unchanged
6. International Student Ratio: 5% weighting, unchanged
7. International Research Network: 5% weighting
8. Employment Outcomes: 5% weighting
9. Sustainability: 5% weighting
What distinguishes the QS World University Rankings from others is that it is the only ranking that incorporates both employability and sustainability into its evaluation system. The rankings are based on: 17 million research papers, 176 million citations (excluding self-citations), 1.9 million academic responses, 660,000 employer responses, data from 5,600 institutions worldwide, 230,000 individual data points, and deep insights from 175,798 academics and 105,476 employers. Every year, changes in the QS rankings are seen as a bellwether for international study.

As an educational powerhouse, the United States possesses abundant educational resources, a well-established educational system, and advanced educational philosophies, attracting countless Chinese families and students. For those who want their children to receive an education in the U.S., having a Green Card for their studies makes a difference not only in tuition costs, scholarship applications, and student loans, but it may also play a critical role in future employment opportunities and admission to prestigious schools. Students themselves can also enjoy the "invisible benefits" that come with "Green Card status."
Today, "Educational planning, status first" has become an important option for many parents when planning their children's future growth path! A U.S. Green Card gives children more choices. Currently, the U.S. EB-5 investment immigration program is an effective way to quickly obtain a U.S. Green Card. The application requirements are flexible, with no restrictions on age, education, language, business background, or work experience. One person applies, and the whole family immigrates to the U.S., with the freedom to live and work anywhere in the country. Children enjoy free public education (K-12), and spouses and unmarried children under 21 can immigrate together.
When immigrating to the U.S. through the EB-5 investment program, choosing the right professional immigration agency and the right project is key! As one of the first agencies to promote U.S. EB-5 investment immigration in China, Worldway has 18 years of professional experience in handling U.S. investment immigration. We were among the first in the EB-5 industry to propose the "Selected Projects" concept, carefully selecting projects and providing professional service to clients. We conduct rigorous checks on projects and frequently perform on-site inspections to ensure investors feel confident and at ease. Currently, the three popular premium EB-5 projects on the market—the "University Town Hilton Hotel" and "Florida Lakeside Jewish Community" EB-5 projects, for which Worldway is the exclusive agent in Greater China and which have already received I-956F approval, as well as the "Hawaii Curio Collection Resort" EB-5 project created by capital giants—are all high-quality EB-5 rural projects that have been screened and strictly vetted by the Worldway Group.
These three premium EB-5 projects all qualify as rural TEA projects under the new act. They not only enjoy reserved EB-5 visa quotas but also receive priority processing from the immigration authorities. They offer many advantages, including no visa backlog, priority approval, and first-priority mortgage guarantees for EB-5 funds. With an investment starting from $800,000, one person applies, and the whole family can quickly obtain a Green Card. Quotas are limited, so act fast.
