Previously, the Worldway U.S. Investment Immigration Dallas No. 1 EB-5 project had a group of investors who submitted both the I-526E immigration application and the I-485 adjustment of status application simultaneously. Additionally, these clients also applied for travel permission (I-131) and work permission (I-765). Recently, this group of clients has begun to receive approval letters and work permits for their I-765 applications. Here, Worldway Group extends its heartfelt congratulations to the investors.
Work permission (I-765) approval (3-6 months) allows the holder to legally choose their employment freely. This means that applicants can work freely in the United States and travel in and out of the country. The applicant and their spouse can work legally, and their children can attend local public schools, as well as apply for local state government health insurance, enjoying most of the conveniences of life as U.S. residents.
According to the new law, eligible investors can submit the I-485 application while filing the I-526E/I-526 application, and they can also apply for travel permission (I-131) and work permission (I-765). So what conditions must be met to qualify for "dual filing"?
l EB-5 applications have no backlog or the backlog is current
l The applicant must have entered the United States on a non-immigrant visa
l Must meet the requirements for the duration of stay in the U.S.
l Must maintain a legal status consistent with the non-immigrant visa
l No criminal record
l Pass a health examination
In other words, for investors, if the immigration category applied for has no backlog and the applicant is within the United States and meets the corresponding conditions, then they can submit the I-485 adjustment of status application, as well as the travel permission (I-131) and work permission (I-765) applications simultaneously, thus allowing them to live and work in the United States more quickly.
The investors who received work permits have invested in the Worldway Dallas No. 1 EB-5 project, which is a no-backlog project. Currently, this project has been perfectly sold out! Although the Dallas No. 1 EB-5 project is sold out, the Worldway no-backlog premium EB-5 project - "Florida Lakeside Jewish Community" is also an excellent choice for investors to immigrate to the United States.
