Recently, the Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service (SEF) announced the Golden Visa data for December 2022. In December 2022, a total of 151 main applicants and 192 dependent applicants were approved for the Portuguese Golden Visa, with an investment amount of 79.16 million euros. In terms of investment methods, among all approved applicants in December 2022, 105 applicants chose real estate investment projects, that is, obtaining the Golden Visa through property purchase, with an investment amount of 60.1062 million euros. Of this, 42.283 million euros flowed into the 500,000 euro property purchase immigration project; 17.822 million euros flowed into the 350,000 euro old property renovation project.
