Recently, Worldway Group has received a series of good news. Following the approval of batches of clients across multiple immigration projects, Worldway has received another major update: the 90 Columbus EB-5 project, in which Worldway Group's immigration clients invested, has successfully returned investment funds to the first group of EB-5 investors. These investors were born outside of mainland China. This is excellent news for the investors. It means that this group of investors who subscribed to the 90 Columbus EB-5 project submitted their I-829 applications after obtaining their conditional green cards and have successfully received their investment capital back.
As everyone knows, EB-5 investment requires passing three milestones: the "I-526 stage," the "I-829 stage," and the "repayment stage." The I-526 applications for all investors in this project through Worldway were approved long ago. With the subsequent approval of the investors' I-829 applications and the receipt of these repayments, it signifies that this group of investors has successfully passed all three milestones.
