The notification required her to arrive at the U.S. Consulate General in Guangzhou for her interview at 8:50 AM on May 16, 2022. Ms. S is a client from Shanghai, which was under full static management at that time. Therefore, she was worried about whether she could successfully reach Guangzhou for her medical examination and interview before May 16. The WorldWay customer service team continuously reassured Ms. S while actively gathering information and formulating strategies to prepare for the upcoming interview.

After multiple cancellations while trying to book train and high-speed rail tickets, her perseverance paid off, and she finally secured a high-speed rail ticket from Shanghai to Hefei on April 27.
On April 28, she successfully arrived in Guangzhou from Hefei and received her first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at the station. She then quarantined in a hotel for 14 days. On May 12, after completing her quarantine, she received her second vaccine dose and completed her medical examination in Guangzhou. Additionally, since Ms. S was still under a 7-day observation period after her quarantine, she was unable to visit WorldWay to obtain relevant documents and communicate important details. WorldWay prepared and printed the necessary documents for her interview and mailed them to her. On May 13, WorldWay provided Ms. S with detailed pre-interview coaching online. On May 16, Ms. S successfully passed her interview.
