Since taking office, the Biden administration has released a series of policies favorable to international students and immigrants. One piece of noteworthy good news is that several U.S. consulates in China have opened appointments for F1 student visas and B1/B2 business and tourist visas.
Beijing Embassy/Consulate: As of now, the first available appointment for an F1 student visa is March 9, 2021. For U.S. B1/B2 visas, the first available appointment is March 9, 2021.

Shenyang Embassy/Consulate: As of now, there are no available appointments for F1 student visas. For U.S. B1/B2 visas, there are no available appointments.

Chengdu Embassy/Consulate: Remains closed as of now.

Guangzhou Embassy/Consulate: As of now, the first available appointment for an F1 student visa is June 3, 2021. For U.S. B1/B2 visas, the first available appointment is June 10, 2021.

Shanghai Embassy/Consulate: As of now, there are no available appointments for F1 student visas. For U.S. B1/B2 visas, the first available appointment is April 6, 2021.

The above available appointment times are for reference only. Due to a large backlog of applicants, dates will certainly change in real-time. Please visit the U.S. Embassy and Consulates in China appointment system to check for yourself.
It is worth noting that regular visa services have not yet resumed, and no resumption date can be provided at this time. The availability of U.S. visa appointments does not represent the time when regular processing will resume. In fact, the U.S. consulates have not closed "regular visa appointments" since the outbreak of the pandemic in February of last year; they have always been available for booking, but have also been continuously canceled. Currently, U.S. embassies and consulates in China have canceled immigrant and non-immigrant visa appointments from Monday, January 25, 2021, to Friday, January 29, 2021.
We will wait and see when U.S. visa services can return to normal. We also hope that under the new policies of the Biden administration and with the easing of the pandemic, everything will gradually return to normal. We look forward to hearing the good news in the near future that the Guangzhou Consulate has resumed EB-5 immigrant visa interviews.
As a group focused on investment immigration for over 20 years and ranked among the Top 500 Asian Brands, WorldWay Group will continue to monitor the latest interview appointment openings at various U.S. consulates in China and will share any new information with you as soon as it becomes available.
Currently, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) continues to receive and process immigration applications as usual. For investors with a rigid demand for immigrating to the United States, they should act according to their own circumstances, lock in high-quality projects early, and follow the principle of "prepare early, apply early, queue early, and benefit early!"
The Yellowstone Club Phase II EB-5 project, one of the few high-quality projects on the market that allows for immigration to the U.S. at the lower $900,000 investment level, is a superior choice for investors. This project combines numerous unique advantages, including dual USCIS approval, completed I-829 job creation, repayment secured by assets worth 5 times the investment, and transparent fund supervision, which greatly protects the interests of investors and is highly popular among them.

The Yellowstone Club Phase II EB-5 project has entered the countdown to closing recruitment. There are only a few precious spots left, so please book as soon as possible. Service Hotline: Mainland China: 400-138-2929; Hong Kong, China: (852) 2802 8798.
