Major positive news! The Antigua Immigration Department has recently announced a new policy expanding the scope of eligible dependents for immigration, adding categories such as unmarried siblings of the main applicant and their spouse, as well as future spouses and children of dependent children.
According to the new policy, eligible dependents for immigration to Antigua include:
1. The current spouse of the main applicant;
2. Children of the main applicant or their spouse aged 0-30 who are financially dependent on the main applicant;
3. Children of the main applicant or their spouse aged 18 or older who are physically or mentally challenged, reside with the main applicant, and are fully financially dependent on the main applicant;
4. Parents or grandparents of the main applicant or their spouse aged 55 or older who are financially dependent on the main applicant;
5. Future spouses of the main applicant;
6. Unmarried siblings of the main applicant or their spouse;
7. Future spouses of dependent children, provided that the dependent child is financially dependent on the main applicant;
8. Future children of dependent children.
In addition, the Cabinet has also approved the following:
1. For future children of dependent children, an additional fee of USD 10,000 will apply for children aged 5 and under, and an additional fee of USD 20,000 for children aged 6-17;
2. For adult dependent applicants such as the future spouse of the main applicant, the additional fee has been reduced from USD 75,000 to USD 50,000;
3. There will be no time limit for applications for additional dependents.
For investors, the expansion of the scope of accompanying dependents for Antigua investment immigration is undoubtedly a major positive development, as it allows more family members, such as siblings of the main applicant and their spouse, to apply for immigration together! Furthermore, under the new policy, the age limit for children among eligible dependents has been relaxed from 28 to 30, and the age requirement for parents and grandparents has been relaxed from 58 to 55. These are significant benefits for families who were previously hesitant to apply due to children exceeding the age limit or parents not meeting the age requirement!
In recent years, Antigua immigration has received significant attention and recognition from investors, with many wealthy individuals and celebrities choosing to purchase property in Antigua or apply for an Antigua passport. At the same time, the Antigua Citizenship by Investment Program has released a series of positive updates, continuously increasing the value of the passport. Moreover, the application process for an Antigua passport is simple, with no requirements for business management experience, academic qualifications, or language proficiency. Currently, through a donation to the National Development Fund of Antigua, starting from USD 100,000, the whole family across four generations can apply for an Antigua passport, obtain Commonwealth citizenship, enjoy the generous benefits of Commonwealth citizenship, and experience the beauty of a vacation paradise. It is a single investment with multiple rewards.

In addition to the Antigua Citizenship by Investment Program, Worldway currently offers citizenship by investment programs for other Commonwealth countries, including Saint Lucia, Vanuatu, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Dominica, and Grenada, for your consideration!
