In recent years, Grenada has attracted an increasing number of investors to retire and reside on the Spice Island of Grenada due to its livable environment, friendly tax policies, comprehensive education, and stable social environment, allowing them to realize their dreams of starting a new life in Grenada.
Grenada is known as the "backyard of America," and having its citizenship allows individuals to apply for the U.S. E2 visa, enabling them to work, live, and study legally in the United States. Additionally, becoming a citizen of Grenada provides visa-free access to the United Kingdom and benefits from the Commonwealth.
Currently, Grenada's Citizenship by Investment program allows individuals and their eligible family members to obtain Grenadian citizenship. Applicants can make a donation of at least $150,000 to the Grenada National Transformation Fund (NTF) and pay the relevant government fees, allowing a family of four generations to apply for citizenship in Grenada and obtain Commonwealth citizenship.
