【Interpretation by WorldWay Immigration】
I. The cutoff date for the EB-5 investment immigration visa is July 22, 2015. Investors who have received I-526 approval and have a priority date earlier than July 22, 2015, can proceed to the final consular interview or submit an I-485 adjustment of status application in the U.S. Due to the pandemic, the U.S. Department of State suspended global consular visa operations on March 20, 2020. As the pandemic situation improves, the latest information from the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Consular Affairs shows that U.S. consulates in Beijing, Guangzhou, and Shanghai have resumed regular appointments for tourism, study, and other non-immigrant visas. We believe that good news regarding the resumption of EB-5 immigrant visa interviews at the Guangzhou consulate will be announced soon.
II. It is worth noting that the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) did not utilize the B chart in April, May, and June. Whether the B chart will be utilized in July remains to be observed. When the B chart was activated in March, WorldWay Immigration successfully completed the submission of I-485 applications for all applicants who met the B chart submission criteria at that time.
Chinese mainland investors experienced two significant advancements in the EB-5 visa cutoff dates in March and May, with the A chart advancing by 5.5 months and the B chart by 7 months in March; in May, the A chart advanced by 47 days. The cutoff dates for Chinese mainland investors continued to advance steadily in June and July, with the A chart advancing by 14 days in June and by 7 days in July. The significant advancements in the A/B charts in March allowed many investors to enter the U.S. or adjust their status approximately two years earlier than previously predicted; many investors who were originally facing the risk of their children aging out thus gained a significant opportunity.
Currently, USCIS continues to accept and process immigration applications. For investors with a strong demand to immigrate to the U.S., it is advisable to promptly secure quality projects based on their circumstances, "prepare early, apply early, queue early, and benefit early!"
One of the few quality projects available for immigration to the U.S. at the low investment of $900,000 is the Yellowstone Club Phase II EB-5 project, which is an excellent choice for investors looking to immigrate to the U.S. This project combines numerous unique advantages, including dual approvals from USCIS, completed I-829 employment, five times asset value collateral repayment, and transparent fund supervision, greatly safeguarding investors' interests and is highly favored by investors.
2020 is the year of health planning; health planning and identity come first. Good projects do not wait for anyone; having regrettably missed the $500,000 investment immigration opportunity, do not miss the $900,000 investment immigration opportunity again. Quality projects are rare; reservations should be made quickly. For project details, please contact: Mainland China: 400-138-2929; Hong Kong: (852)2802 8798.
