Andorra is a co-principality of France and Spain, enjoying the benefits of both countries. The Principality of Andorra is located in the southeast of the Pyrenees, bordering France and Spain, and is a multi-ethnic and multicultural country. Andorra has also implemented an investment immigration policy. Let us take a look at the application requirements for Andorra investment immigration.
Application requirements for Andorra investment immigration:
1. An investment of 350,000 euros in movable assets, real estate, or bank deposits within the territory of Andorra.
2. The head of the household (main applicant) must deposit 50,000 euros with the government.
3. Each additional family member must deposit 10,000 euros with the government.
4. Reside in Andorra for at least 90 days per year.
5. The main applicant's annual income must be at least three times the Andorran minimum wage, i.e., exceeding 36,000 euros.
6. Purchase comprehensive private health insurance for the entire family.
Renewing investment immigration residency status:
When you first apply for an investment immigration residence card, you can directly obtain a 2-year residency. After two years, the renewed residency will be valid for an additional three years, after which you will directly receive a 10-year permanent residence green card. There is no language requirement for renewing permanent residency (10-year residency).
The processing time for the new residence card depends on the duration of document verification and the information provided by the relevant applicant. You and your family may submit an application for renewal of residency status 30 days before the expiration of your original residence card. (We strongly recommend that you reside within the territory of the Principality of Andorra during the residency renewal period, or at the very least, not be far from its surrounding cities.)
