90 Columbus Rises from the Ground, Construction Nears Completion
As of June 2018, construction of 90 Columbus is nearing completion, and the scaffolding and tower cranes used for high-altitude work at the site have been dismantled. Currently, work is intensifying on the apartment lobby. The glass curtain wall of the lobby has been installed, and the ceiling materials have arrived; the next step will be the installation of the lobby ceiling. There are still two excavators working around the apartment building, mainly for the construction of the surrounding walkways. The project is expected to begin leasing in the fall of 2018.
