The U.S. EB-5 policy is one of the most stable immigration policies globally. First, the core logic of the policy has always been 'investment creates jobs,' and its Regional Center pilot program has consistently maintained a 'stable core framework with fine-tuning based on results' approach. In practice, this policy has proven to be highly successful and intelligent. Second, regarding the investment amount, it is $500,000 for TEA areas and $1 million for non-TEA areas.

Preparation of the full set of application documents, reviewed by a U.S. attorney.
Remit the investment funds to the escrow account and complete the investment procedures.
Submit the application and the full set of documents to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
USCIS accepts the application and conducts the review.
Step 2
After the immigration application is approved, receive the document package sent by the immigration authorities and complete the forms.
Wait for notification from the U.S. Embassy and attend the interview at the embassy.
Step 3
After the interview, the U.S. Embassy issues the visa to enter the United States.
Upon receiving the visa, you must enter the United States within 180 days to obtain a conditional green card.
Step 4
21 months after obtaining the conditional green card, submit an application to USCIS to remove the conditions.
Obtain a permanent green card; after living in the U.S. for two and a half years out of five years, you may apply to become a U.S. citizen.
Currently, the requirements for U.S. EB-5 investment immigration are very lenient; it is unknown how the legislation will evolve in the future.
