Personal investment is primarily driven by four objectives: children's education, vacation needs, asset allocation, and special project needs. Regardless of the motivation, the U.S. remains a popular choice for high-net-worth individuals seeking overseas investment, with New York, California, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston, Seattle, and Hawaii standing out as the primary cities for investors.
