On September 11, 2016, the Shanghai leg of the JD Brooklyn Heights Apartment Project launch, hosted by Worldway Immigration Group, was successfully held at the Shanghai Tower. With this, the national launch series for the JD Brooklyn Heights Apartment Project has come to a perfect conclusion. To fully showcase the project's advantages and highlights and to better communicate with investors, the organizer, Worldway Immigration Group, specifically held the project launch events across three cities: Shenzhen, Beijing, and Shanghai.
In recent years, U.S. investment immigration has become a hot topic. Looking at the domestic landscape of EB-5 U.S. investment immigration projects, it is reminiscent of the "Hundred Schools of Thought" era during the Spring and Autumn and Warring States periods. The overwhelming number of EB-5 projects has made it difficult for investors to choose. However, this project has many highlights; as shown at the various venues, the events were packed, and investors showed great enthusiasm.

At the launch events in the three cities, Mr. Zhu Xiaohan, Managing Director of JD Capital's U.S. branch, provided a detailed introduction to the EB-5 fund and the project. He pointed out that an equity investment fund managed by JD Capital will act as the subordinated lender for the project, providing a sufficient safety cushion. Unless the capital of the aforementioned equity investment fund is completely lost, the principal of the EB-5 fund investors will not suffer any losses. If an investor's I-526 or I-485 application is denied, the subordinated lender will fully refund the application fees and issuance costs to the EB-5 fund investors.

In addition, the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America (TIAA) serves as the second-largest shareholder/subordinated lender for this project. Typically, TIAA must ensure the appreciation and preservation of funds for the retirement of American teachers; therefore, projects invested in by TIAA must be low-risk. TIAA's investment in the Brooklyn Heights Apartment Project, sharing risks with the subordinated lender, reflects their full confidence in the project's success.
Dr. Winner Xing, Chairman of Worldway Group, analyzes the project's highlights
At the launch, Dr. Winner Xing, Chairman of Worldway Group, analyzed the project's highlights, specifically noting that this is the first time EB-5 investors have had the opportunity to co-invest with funds managed by JD Capital and TIAA to obtain green cards for their entire families. To provide investors with top-tier service, the project is supported by three of the top U.S. law firms: Ronald Klasko, Miller Mayer, and Greenberg Traurig, to safeguard the investors' green card applications.

The Brooklyn Heights Apartment Project is a rare "Manhattan concept" rental-only apartment resource, located in one of the most sought-after affluent areas in Brooklyn and the entire New York region. It faces Wall Street across the river, enjoys convenient transportation, and boasts an excellent location, long known for its historical and cultural landscapes and outstanding school districts. The surrounding area has low apartment vacancy rates and rising rents, offering broad market prospects. The project has already commenced construction, and progress is smooth. The project utilizes the RIMS II model for job calculation, which is recognized by the USCIS. According to the economic analysis report provided by economists, the jobs generated by the hard construction costs alone already exceed the USCIS requirements. The JD Brooklyn Heights Apartment Project is a rare and excellent U.S. EB-5 investment immigration project, and Worldway Immigration Group highly recommends it.
