This golden September, Worldway Immigration Group has once again shaken the U.S. immigration industry. On September 10th, at the Park Hyatt Beijing on the 61st floor, Worldway held a grand national launch ceremony for the "JD Capital Brooklyn Heights Apartment EB-5 Project." Investing in the Brooklyn Heights Apartment project allows families to obtain U.S. Green Cards. Hundreds of new and existing clients, along with numerous mainstream national media outlets, attended the event to witness the project's inaugural ceremony.
During the launch ceremony, Dr. Winner Xing, Chairman of Worldway Immigration Group, Mr. Zhu Xiaohan, Managing Director of JD Capital's U.S. branch (representing the project's equity holders), and Ms. Tracy Sun, General Manager of Worldway Immigration Group’s Beijing office, jointly turned the wheel to signal the official launch of the JD Capital Brooklyn Heights Apartment EB-5 project. Mr. Zhu Xiaohan presented Worldway with the exclusive subscription agency certificate for the EB-5 fund associated with this project, marking a continuation of Worldway's decade of excellence in the U.S. immigration sector.
Mr. Zhu Xiaohan, Managing Director of JD Capital's U.S. branch, provided a detailed overview of the EB-5 fund and the underlying project to investors. He noted that an equity investment fund managed by JD Capital will act as a junior equity investor, providing a robust safety cushion. Unless the funds of the aforementioned equity investment fund are completely lost, the principal investment of the EB-5 fund investors will be protected. Should an investor's I-526 or I-485 application be denied, the junior equity investor will refund the application funds and issuance fees to the EB-5 fund investors in full.
Furthermore, the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America (TIAA) is the second-largest shareholder/junior equity investor in this project. Generally, TIAA must ensure the appreciation and preservation of the pension funds of American teachers; therefore, projects invested in by TIAA must be low-risk. The fact that TIAA has invested in the JD Capital Brooklyn Heights Apartment EB-5 project and is sharing risks with the junior equity investor demonstrates TIAA's full confidence in the project's success.
At the launch, Dr. Winner Xing, Chairman of Worldway Immigration Group, analyzed the project's highlights, specifically noting that this is the first time EB-5 investors have the opportunity to co-invest with funds managed by JD Capital and TIAA to obtain Green Cards for their families. To provide top-tier service, the project is supported by three of the U.S.'s premier law firms: Ronald Klasko, Miller Mayer, and Greenberg Traurig, who will safeguard investors' Green Card applications.
The JD Capital Brooklyn Heights Apartment EB-5 project features rare "Manhattan-concept" rental-only apartments located in one of the most sought-after affluent districts in Brooklyn and the entire New York area. Situated across the river from Wall Street, the project boasts convenient transportation, a prime location, and is renowned for its historic cultural landscape and excellent top-tier school district. The project's surrounding apartments have low vacancy rates and year-over-year rental increases, indicating promising market prospects. Construction on the project has already commenced and is progressing smoothly. The project utilizes the USCIS-approved RIMS II model for employment calculation; according to an economic analysis report provided by an economist, the jobs created by the hard construction costs alone already exceed the employment requirements set by the USCIS.
