The employment data for the I-956F-approved "Deer Valley · Snow Ridge Residences" EB-5 rural project has been updated once again.
As of July 2026, the project has cumulatively created 927.4 jobs. Compared to 691 jobs in June 2026, an additional 236.4 jobs were created in just one month, representing a month-on-month growth of approximately 34.2%, indicating a significant acceleration in job creation.
The increase from 691 to 927.4 jobs is not only a rapid growth in numbers but also reflects that as project construction continues to advance, capital investment is being rapidly converted into tangible employment results.

Actual monthly job growth of 34.2%
For EB-5 investors, job creation is a critical basis for the subsequent removal of conditions on their green cards and obtaining permanent residency in the United States.
According to EB-5 requirements, each investor's investment must create at least 10 qualifying full-time jobs. Therefore, when assessing whether a project has sufficient support, one must look not only at the projected total employment but also focus on whether jobs have already been created and whether they can continue to grow as construction progresses.
As of July 2026, "Deer Valley · Snow Ridge Residences" has created 927.4 jobs. Based on the requirement of 10 jobs per investor, the jobs created so far can cover the basic requirements of approximately 92 investors.
Compared to projected figures on paper, the continuous growth of actual jobs more intuitively reflects the real progress of project construction and capital investment.

Projected creation of 9,920 jobs, with a coverage multiple as high as 3.5 times
According to the employment analysis report issued by BakerTilly using the IMPLAN model, "Deer Valley · Snow Ridge Residences" is projected to create 9,920 jobs, while the total number of jobs required by all EB-5 investors is 2,810.
On average, each investor in the project is expected to be supported by approximately 35 jobs, with an employment multiple as high as 3.5 times. After meeting the employment needs of all investors, there is an expected surplus of over 7,000 jobs.
The ample projected employment provides a larger buffer for the project; and the latest actual employment figure of 927.4 further demonstrates that the 3.5x employment advantage is being gradually realized along with the construction progress.
Large-scale physical construction supports continuous job growth
The rapid growth of employment data is inseparable from the project's real and continuous construction investment.
"Deer Valley · Snow Ridge Residences" is located in the Deer Valley ski resort area in Park City, Utah, USA. It is planned to feature 5 high-end residential towers, totaling 374 ski-in/ski-out vacation apartments, complemented by underground parking, approximately 98,000 square feet of commercial retail space, and a central ice and snow plaza.
Currently, the project has entered the main construction phase, with the main structures of some buildings topped out, and other buildings and supporting projects are also progressing steadily.
Large-scale, long-term continuous physical construction will continuously generate employment in engineering, material procurement, and related industrial chains, providing a foundation for subsequent job growth.
The project site is also equipped with a real-time imaging system, allowing investors to view construction conditions online and stay informed about the project progress.
In addition to the ongoing construction, the project has been in official pre-sale for about 18 months, with nearly 100 units subscribed, accounting for approximately 25% of the total project inventory, further validating the market appeal of high-end ski resort properties in Deer Valley.
Job realization accelerating, countdown to the $800,000 window begins
While the project continues to move forward, the current $800,000 minimum investment threshold for EB-5 has also entered a critical window period.
According to current policy arrangements, the EB-5 investment amount will be adjusted for inflation on January 1, 2027, and the minimum EB-5 investment amount will be raised from $800,000 to $900,000-$950,000 or even higher. The grandfather clause will expire on September 30, 2026.
This means that for families who have already clarified their needs for U.S. status planning, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the investment threshold and submission time, and complete planning and application arrangements as soon as possible.
Currently, the "Deer Valley · Snow Ridge Residences" five-city tour launch event will be held in Hong Kong on August 7, Beijing on August 8, and Shenzhen on August 9. At that time, senior project executives and EB-5 industry experts will provide detailed analysis on the latest employment data, construction progress, sales progress, capital structure, and application arrangements to help investor families seize the current EB-5 application window.
Project employment is accelerating, and the $800,000 investment window is gradually tightening. Quotas for high-quality projects are limited. Families intending to plan for U.S. status through EB-5 should lock in their quotas and initiate their applications as soon as possible.
Limited-time major offers are now available: From now until August 31, you can enjoy exclusive preferential policies when applying for EB-5 immigration, helping investor families seize the current application window at a better cost.
