Great news——Recently, under the framework of the new U.S. EB-5 law, the I-526E immigration petitions of several Worldway Group investors have been approved.
Among them, some are "concurrent filing" clients who, while submitting their I-526E, simultaneously filed their I-485 Adjustment of Status applications, along with applications for Travel Authorization (I-131) and Employment Authorization (I-765).

"Concurrent filing" first
Status and life stabilized in advance
Before the I-526E approval, these clients had already received key receipts and approvals:
• I-485 Receipt: Allows for long-term, legal stay in the U.S.
• I-765 Approval: Allows for legal employment and freedom to choose a career
• I-131 Approval: Allows for legal and free entry and exit from the U.S.
This means that while the immigration petition is still under review, investors can already live, study, and work in the U.S. without needing to interrupt their education, career, or family arrangements due to status issues. Now, the approval of the I-526E immigration petition further indicates that the investor's source of funds and the EB-5 project invested in have been recognized by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and the next step is to apply for a U.S. Green Card according to the standard process.
It is evident that "concurrent filing" does not simply bring time advantages, but a significant improvement in status continuity and life stability.

What conditions must be met for "concurrent filing"?
• No visa backlog for the EB-5 application, or the priority date is current
• The applicant must have entered the U.S. with a non-immigrant visa
• Meet the requirements for the duration of stay in the U.S.
• Have consistently maintained a legal status consistent with the non-immigrant visa
• No criminal record
• Pass a medical examination
Who is suitable for "concurrent filing"?
• International students currently studying in the U.S.
• Foreign nationals working in the U.S.
• Individuals holding other valid and legal U.S. non-immigrant visas
• Parents currently accompanying children studying in the U.S.
The time window is counting down
It is important to note that the "grandfathering clause" under the new EB-5 law is valid until September 30, 2026. EB-5 applications submitted before this date will be protected by the grandfathering clause; once this time window is missed, there will be uncertainty regarding future policy arrangements, processing timelines, and path options.
Under the new act, investing in EB-5 rural projects under the reserved visa category is exempt from visa backlogs and enjoys priority processing by the USCIS. We advise investors to submit their applications as early as possible to lock in their priority date and realize their dream of immigrating to the U.S. sooner.

Currently, Worldway Group has two high-quality EB-5 rural projects in hand to help you obtain a U.S. Green Card quickly without a visa backlog. Only a few spots remain, so subscribe soon!
