Passport:
A private passport with at least 9 months of validity remaining. Please sign the last page of the passport (in Chinese characters). If you have renewed your passport, you must also provide all original old passports.
Photos:
3 recent color photos with a white background, size 35×45mm.
ID Card:
If using an old ID card, please provide 2 photocopies on A4 paper. If using a newly issued ID card, please provide 2 photocopies of both the front and back on A4 paper.
Household Register (Hukou):
Photocopies of the entire family's household register, including the cover page, the head of household page, the applicant's personal page, and the spouse's page.
Business Card:
2 business cards. The address, phone number, and name provided must be accurate, authentic, and reachable.
Business License:
For applicants employed by a corporate entity, please provide a clear photocopy of the business license duplicate on A4 paper, including the annual inspection record, and stamped with the official company seal.
Organization Code Certificate:
For applicants employed by a public institution, please provide a clear photocopy of the organization code certificate on A4 paper, including the annual inspection record, and stamped with the official company seal.
Invitation Letter:
Original invitation letter from the inviting company (must include the inviter's name, company name, address, phone number, the invitee's name, date of birth, passport number, current company, purpose of business visit, duration of business visit, and information regarding who is covering travel expenses, etc.).
Dispatch Letter from the Chinese Side:
This dispatch letter should be printed on company letterhead in English and include: company name, address, phone number, applicant's name, position and income, passport number, purpose of the trip, duration of stay, itinerary, who is covering the expenses, and a guarantee to comply with local laws and return on time. It must include the supervisor's title, signature, and the company's business license/organization code number, and be stamped with the company seal. Applicants from the same company must be listed on the same letterhead, and each person must provide an original copy of this dispatch guarantee.
Proof of Assets:
Original "Certificate of Deposit" of no less than 50,000 RMB. The "Certificate of Deposit" must be in the standard bank format and cannot be handwritten. The original "Certificate of Deposit" must be submitted to the embassy and will not be returned. Also include bank transaction statements for the past year, proof of vehicle ownership, and proof of property ownership.
Flight Itinerary: Original and photocopy of the round-trip flight ticket to Grenada.
Health Certificate: Original and photocopy of the International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (Yellow Book).
Other: Personal Information Form (provide true and complete personal information, paying special attention to the accuracy of the company phone number, as the embassy will verify it).
