Follow Cyprus immigration and stay updated on Cyprus's economy: According to a report by the Cyprus Mail on January 8, the Minister of Finance stated that the economic recovery of Cyprus will not happen overnight. The momentum for recovery will come from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which form the backbone of the Cypriot economy, including those in the tourism, services, shipping, and emerging energy sectors.

The Minister of Finance noted that the Cypriot banking sector, which has been hit the hardest, is showing signs of stability. The outflow of deposits is slowing down, and the normalization of the banking sector will play a crucial role in stabilizing the economy.
