Follow U.S. Investment Immigration and U.S. News: A recent survey conducted by market research firm Forrester among 4,551 U.S. adults shows that Microsoft is the most trusted technology brand.

In this survey, Forrester focused on four aspects of technology brands: trustworthy, excellent, error-free, and essential.
Although Forrester admitted that the survey results were somewhat unexpected, it still stated that "through a unique and differentiated brand image, Microsoft is at the forefront of brand building and distinguishes itself from other brands." The survey results show that Americans of all ages consider Microsoft to be trustworthy and essential.
Forrester pointed out that the "One Microsoft" marketing strategy has been accepted by consumers. Company analyst Tracy Stokes believes: "Microsoft has become ubiquitous, which makes the brand no longer 'cool,' but this has precisely become an advantage for Microsoft in this regard."
In the survey, Apple scored the highest in the "excellent" and "error-free" categories.
A report from UTA Brand Studio last week also showed that Microsoft has a stronger brand image compared to Apple. Larry Vincent, founder and CEO of the company, stated: "Many people around the world use Microsoft products and relate to them, while Apple is like a prom king or queen—beautiful but different from the average person."
The survey also clearly pointed out: "Windows has surpassed all other brands and is considered by consumers to be the most indispensable and relevant brand." Regarding Apple, Vincent stated: "Apple is vulnerable because people's attitudes toward the brand are polarized. Microsoft, on the other hand, is perceived by many as being similar to them."
