On December 10, 2025 (local time), U.S. President Trump announced that the U.S. government has officially opened applications for the “Trump Gold Card” immigration program.

Program Implementation:
From Concept to Official Application Opening
The so-called “Trump Gold Card Immigration Program” is designed to encourage global high-net-worth individuals to relocate to the United States and obtain residency permits in exchange for substantial fees. According to the Executive Order signed by Trump on September 19, 2025, the Department of Commerce, the Department of State, and the Department of Homeland Security were required to develop implementation details within 90 days, “taking all necessary and appropriate measures to implement the Gold Card program,” with a final deadline of December 18, 2025.
The application window is now open. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has released the I-140G application form, and applications may be submitted starting today!

Worldway Group has launched the
Trump “Gold Card Immigration” application channel
With the official opening of the Gold Card program, Worldway Group has pioneered the launch of its Gold Card acceptance services, providing interested families with one-stop application support including: clear interpretation of policies and processes, eligibility assessment, compilation of documentation, source of funds planning, and one-on-one submission guidance, assisting applicants in filing efficiently and seizing the initiative to plan for U.S. status.
Now that the Gold Card is open for official submission, starting the application earlier improves processing efficiency and secures priority in the submission queue. For families looking to fast-track their U.S. status planning, this is the critical moment to take action.

Gold Card vs. EB-5:
Two parallel paths for status planning
The Gold Card and EB-5 are different methods for U.S. immigration, serving the varying needs of families regarding time, budget, and planning objectives. These two routes do not conflict and can be selected flexibly based on individual family circumstances, or even prepared in parallel to enhance control over the overall strategy.
Whether choosing the Gold Card or the EB-5 investment visa, both strictly require the integrity and compliance of the source of funds. The earlier you begin organizing your documents and planning your fund chain, the better you can manage your filing pace and secure your quota.
Worldway Group holds two high-quality EB-5 rural projects, further helping investors achieve their U.S. status goals securely, efficiently, and without visa backlogs, stepping smoothly onto the path to a new life in the United States. Global quotas are limited and availability is scarce; first come, first served!
