Ambassador Ren presented awards to the winning teams and stated that Antigua and Barbuda is a small Caribbean island nation with harsh environments and monotonous life. Everyone is far from their families, overcoming more difficulties here than they would at home or in other countries, and has made significant contributions to the development of China-Antigua and Barbuda relations. The embassy will do its utmost to enrich everyone's spare time in Antigua and Barbuda and will organize diverse activities in the future so that everyone can feel the joy and warmth of home even while abroad. Ambassador Ren expressed his hope that everyone will strengthen physical exercise in their future work and life to ensure good health, and at the same time, apply the spirit of striving for excellence shown in the basketball tournament to their work, making even greater contributions to the development of China-Antigua and Barbuda relations.
