Rural projects achieve EB-5 "acceleration"
Since the implementation of the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act in 2022, the new EB-5 policy has opened a golden channel for investors to immigrate to the United States quickly.
Under the new law, investors can simultaneously file an I-526E immigrant petition and an I-485 adjustment of status application, known as "concurrent filing." Our Worldway clients benefited from this new policy advantage, taking just over 11 months from filing to Green Card approval, demonstrating remarkable "acceleration."
Furthermore, rural projects under the new policy enjoy a 20% reserved visa quota, are currently in a non-backlog status, and are granted "priority processing," which significantly improves processing speed and approval probability.

The "University Town Hilton Hotel" was the first collaboration project between Worldway and the multi-billion dollar PeachTree Group. It sold out quickly upon launch and won unanimous market acclaim. Construction of the project was completed on January 3, 2025, and it officially opened in January. As of the second quarter of 2025, the project has entered a stable operational phase, with hotel occupancy steadily reaching 80%. Currently, all job creation for EB-5 investors has been completed, and the project has a short investment cycle, with repayment possible as early as February 2027.
Building on the success of our first collaboration, the "Bryce Canyon Marriott Hotel" EB-5 rural project, launched jointly by Worldway and the multi-billion dollar PeachTree Group, also continued the "hard-to-get" hot market trend.
Now, Worldway and the multi-billion dollar PeachTree Group have joined forces for the third time to launch the major "Great Smoky Mountains Marriott Hotel" EB-5 project——further upgrading and replicating the successful investment model that has been tested by the market twice!
