Hong Kong Investment Immigration focuses on Hong Kong real estate market trends: Since the implementation of the Buyer's Stamp Duty (BSD) and Double Stamp Duty (DSD) cooling measures, the once-quiet luxury residential market in Hong Kong has seen renewed activity. On October 6, Sun Hung Kai Properties launched 181 remaining units at The Cullinan, a luxury residential development in Kowloon, Hong Kong, with a 14% price reduction, alongside an offer of "70% stamp duty rebate on property purchases." Based on these calculations, the discount for this launch exceeds 30%, making it the new project with the largest discount currently available in the Hong Kong property market. This has attracted a large number of buyers.

Data shows that in the luxury property market in Hong Kong, the participation rate of mainland buyers has dropped significantly from 36.4% last year to 10.2%. It is expected that the price reduction at The Cullinan will affect other luxury properties, and the impact on the secondary market will gradually emerge.
