Hong Kong Investment Immigration focuses on current affairs in Hong Kong: Hong Kong, September 16 - A spokesperson for the Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region stated that regarding the issue of constitutional development in Hong Kong, no foreign government or official should interfere, make irresponsible remarks, or engage in any form of intervention.

Prior to the statement made by the spokesperson for the Commissioner's Office, the British Minister of State at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office recently wrote an article in a Hong Kong newspaper, claiming that for Hong Kong's universal suffrage, "any proposal should offer Hong Kong people a genuine choice that allows them to truly steer their own future" and that "the UK stands ready to provide any support."
The official website of the Commissioner's Office stated on the 15th that the constitutional development of Hong Kong is conducted in accordance with the Basic Law and relevant decisions of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, and does not require any so-called "support" from foreign countries. It is hoped that the relevant countries will be cautious in their words and actions regarding Hong Kong's constitutional development and will not issue statements that undermine the prosperity and stability of Hong Kong.
