US Immigration focus on Life in the US: Are you feeling idle this summer? Why not pack your bags and head out into the wilderness! Join us for a field expedition in Yellowstone National Park and Montana. Take a look at this brief report on our itinerary from National Geographic magazine!

Total duration: 12 days
Upon entering Yellowstone National Park, you are immediately greeted by towering peaks, endless grasslands, geysers, and the jewel-toned pools of Yellowstone. Next, head to Yellowstone National Park—the world's oldest national park—to hike through the backcountry, study wildlife, and discover unusual geological phenomena.
American Prairie Reserve
At the heart of the northern plains of Montana lies a site with a rich history. Home to a three-million-acre wildlife sanctuary, the American Prairie Reserve is one of the most ambitious conservation projects in US history. Here, you can join local organizations to participate in bison calf conservation or river restoration projects. In the evening, you can gather around a roaring campfire and gaze at the dazzling stars.
Yellowstone National Park
On the seventh day, depart for Yellowstone National Park. Stop along the white-water rapids of the Yellowstone River and visit the Museum of the Rockies to learn about dinosaurs.
Yellowstone is famous for its volcanic landscape, characterized by bubbling, flowing, steaming, and explosive activity. In fact, the park contains the highest concentration of geothermal features in the world. It is also a wilderness of evergreen forests, deep canyons, and herds of American bison, elk, deer, and pronghorn antelope. This offers endless opportunities for exploration, wildlife viewing, and photography.
When traveling from the base to Lamar Valley, where wildlife frequently roam, we recommend leaving the crowds behind and heading to remote areas. There, you may spot bison, elk, bighorn sheep, mountain goats, bald eagles, black bears, grizzly bears, and wolves. Furthermore, you can learn about the impact of fire on forest ecosystems and discover the powerful forces behind the brilliant blue geysers and geothermal pools. Wake up early to catch a glimpse of wolf pups or watch fish learn to fly over the Lamar River.
Accommodation
Accommodations are simple yet comfortable, featuring private bathrooms and solar-powered showers. You will stay at the historic Roosevelt Lodge in Yellowstone, located in the heart of the park's most spectacular wildlife viewing area.
