Greek Investment Immigration focuses on life in Greece: On May 16, Greek artist Vangelis Rinas officially donated his large art installation "Endless Voyage" to the National Grand Theatre. This wooden boat, shaped like a musical instrument, is engraved with over 500 Chinese characters and more than 40,000 Braille dots, symbolizing that culture can freely transcend borders. This wooden boat will serve as a friendly ambassador between China and Greece, permanently displayed at the National Grand Theatre.

In 2010, in preparation for a solo exhibition at the National Art Museum of China, Rinas meticulously crafted a wooden boat shaped like a musical instrument. He drew inspiration for the dream boat from an olive leaf and transitioned from the shape of the leaf to that of a seven-stringed instrument. He then asked Yang Shaobo, a Chinese student he met in Athens, to write a prose poem titled "Dream Boat" for the wooden boat. Rinas, who was a beginner in Chinese calligraphy, personally carved over 500 Chinese characters of "Dream Boat" onto the deck of the wooden boat using a hammer and chisel. To ensure that the visually impaired could also read "Dream Boat," he engraved over 40,000 Braille dots. Rinas stated: "Engraving words on the boat symbolizes that culture can freely transcend borders. The shape of the leaf embodies beauty, and the instrument symbolizes harmony."
Currently, the National Grand Theatre has collected over 5,000 items, including not only paintings, calligraphy, and sculptures by renowned artists but also traditional folk crafts such as ceramics, wood carvings, shadow puppetry, and New Year paintings, as well as stage design models, costumes, signed hand molds from artists, conducting batons, posters, and photographs. This "Dream Boat" has previously been exhibited in China. Now, Rinas has decided to officially donate it to the National Grand Theatre. It is reported that "Endless Voyage" will be permanently displayed next to the west café in the public hall on the first floor of the theatre.
