Greek Investment Immigration news regarding Greek real estate: International real estate agency Savills has released a report projecting that approximately 100 million euros in capital will enter the Greek real estate market in 2013.

On one hand, the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund, responsible for privatization, will launch 28 state-owned real estate projects for sale or lease between late September and early October; on the other hand, Greek banking groups are also set to sell their prime properties to exit the real estate sector and refocus on their core banking businesses.
Savills expects commercial property prices in Greece to decline by a further 15%, but the entry of foreign investors is expected to gradually stabilize property prices by 2014.
