Follow Greece Immigration and Greek Economic updates: According to a report by Thomson Reuters' Basis Point, sources indicate that a $162.6 million seven-year ship financing deal for Greek shipowner Enesel SA has currently attracted four banks.

According to sources, several other banks are currently undergoing internal credit approval. The financing is expected to close in October.
Led by CTBC Bank, this financing will support the purchase of two 13,800-TEU (twenty-foot equivalent unit) container ships, which are scheduled for delivery by Hyundai Heavy Industries of South Korea between November 2013 and January 2014.
If the loan receives sufficient oversubscription, the amount will be increased to $243.9 million to support the purchase of an additional 13,800-TEU container ship, which is scheduled for delivery by Hyundai Heavy Industries in March 2014. These container ships have been chartered by Evergreen Marine.
