Focus on Vanuatu immigration and life in Vanuatu: On November 3, 2013, at the invitation of Ms. Wu Huangmei, President of the Women's Association of the Chinese Community in Vanuatu, Mrs. Zhao Yan, the wife of the Ambassador to Vanuatu and head of the embassy's women's group, held a women's health knowledge seminar for the Women's Association of the Chinese Community in Vanuatu.
Dr. Zhao Yan is a professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Peking University People's Hospital. She introduced the health knowledge for women of different age groups, as well as the prevention and early diagnosis of common gynecological diseases, and answered questions of concern from the audience.
Members of the Women's Association expressed their gratitude to Professor Zhao Yan for her explanations, which provided them with a comprehensive understanding of women's health knowledge and a deeper insight into how to prevent and detect common gynecological diseases early. They also stated that activities in this format can enhance mutual understanding and friendship among sisters in Vanuatu.
