The U.S. Department of State Visa Office has officially released:the August 2025 Visa Bulletin for the eleventh month of the 2025 fiscal year for the U.S. EB-5 Immigrant Investor program.
The latest results show, for Table A, the C5 and T5 categories for direct investment projects and the I5 and R5 non-reserved categories for regional center projects have aligned, with the priority date advancing from January 22, 2014, to December 8, 2015, a significant leap of 685 days. Table B remains unchanged, with the C5 and T5 categories for direct investment projects and the I5 and R5 non-reserved categories for regional center projects remaining at October 1, 2016.
It is worth noting that, the EB-5 reserved visa categories (20% for rural projects, 10% for high-unemployment area projects, and 2% for infrastructure projects) currently remain visa-current.
Table A:Final Action Dates For Employment-Based Preference Cases
(Note: U.S. Consulate interview & USCIS filing of AOS adjustment of status application)

Table B:Dates For Filing Of Employment-Based Visa Applications
(Note: For those legally residing in the U.S. and meeting relevant conditions, filing an AOS adjustment of status application with USCIS)

For the EB-5 regional center non-reserved visa category, the priority date for applicants born in mainland China is December 8, 2015. For investors who have obtained I-526 approval and have a priority date earlier than December 8, 2015, they may proceed to the final consular interview stage or file an I-485 adjustment of status application in the United States. For investors who have obtained I-526 approval and have a priority date between December 8, 2015, and October 1, 2016, it is recommended to pay fees and submit the DS-260 form and documents to the NVC for review as soon as possible to obtain a documentarily qualified letter. The NVC visa teams of the WorldWay Group's various offices will continue to initiate client screening, contact relevant law firms, submit NVC visa applications for eligible applicants, and provide interview coaching as always.
In addition, USCIS has officially announced that Table B will be closed for August 2025.

The significant advancement of the August priority date is undoubtedly great news for applicants. Regarding this significant advancement, USCIS provided an explanation on its official website:
In the April 2025 Visa Bulletin, due to high demand from applicants from "other countries," the Final Action Date for the EB-5 non-reserved category for China retrogressed. In the months since, actual EB-5 visa usage did not meet expectations. Therefore, in accordance with Section 202(a)(5) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the Final Action Date for the EB-5 non-reserved category for China has been advanced to continue utilizing the EB-5 non-reserved quota. Please note that if the annual quota for the EB-5 non-reserved category is exhausted at any point, this category will immediately become "unavailable," and no further visa quota requests will be accepted.
In other words, this priority date advancement is mainly because visa usage did not meet expectations, but the quota has not increased! This means that the opportunity is fleeting!

EB-5 New Policy Still Visa-Current in August
Visa-Current + Concurrent Filing Opportunity is Fleeting
According to the August Visa Bulletin, the EB-5 reserved visa category for investors born in mainland China remains visa-current. However, in January 2025, the USCIS priority date warning bulletin sounded an alarm for all EB-5 applicants: the priority date for the "reserved visa category" under the new policy is coming! Once a priority date appears, the current advantage of the "concurrent filing" fast track will no longer exist.
After the implementation of the new U.S. EB-5 investment immigration policy, applicants can perform "concurrent filing" in the United States. That is, in the absence of a priority date, applicants can simultaneously file an I-526E immigrant petition and an I-485 adjustment of status application, and can also apply for a travel permit (I-131) and a work permit (I-765), also known as the "small green card." Once the travel permit (I-131) application is approved, one can legally and freely enter and exit the United States. Once the work permit (I-765) application is approved, one can legally and freely choose employment.
WorldWay reminds: The "visa-current bonus" of the new EB-5 policy is a historic opportunity, and time is running out for the current golden window of "visa-current + concurrent filing." Hesitation means potentially missing the last chance for the whole family to immigrate to the United States quickly!
Investors are advised to act immediately:
• Immediately select a high-quality reserved visa project (rural projects are visa-current and have priority approval rights);
• Quickly file the I-526E application to secure a priority date;
• Applicants in the U.S. should simultaneously initiate "concurrent filing" to maximize the time advantage.
Immigration investment is all about selection. EB-5 investment immigration prioritizes the project. Currently, the hot-selling "Great Smoky Mountains • Marriott Hotel" EB-5 rural project is highly sought after. With the following core advantages, this project is becoming a popular choice for current EB-5 investment:
☑ Approximately 1.5x real estate first-priority guarantee + developer shareholders provide joint and several repayment guarantee with personal assets
☑ Multi-billion fund provides I-956F denial guarantee, I-526E denial guarantee, and job creation guarantee
☑ Project job multiplier as high as 1.7x
☑ Located in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which boasts tens of millions of visitors, far exceeding Yellowstone
☑ Located in the golden town of Gatlinburg, where land is precious and rooms are in high demand

In addition, the "Florida Lakeside Jewish Community" project, which has achieved I-956F/I-526E/Green Card triple approval, is also an excellent choice for your U.S. immigration. The construction of this project is nearing completion, and there are only a few precious spots left. If you are interested, please act quickly.
