As is well known, the United States has always held a unique charm and advantage in the field of education. As an educational powerhouse, it possesses abundant educational resources, a comprehensive educational system, and advanced educational philosophies, which have long attracted the attention of countless Chinese families and students. For those who aspire for their children to receive an education in the United States, planning a stable and forward-looking path for their studies is crucial. Allowing children to study in the U.S. while holding a Green Card is a wise strategy. Green Card status shows significant differences in tuition costs, scholarship applications, and student loans, and may even play a decisive role in future employment opportunities and admission rates to prestigious universities. In short, regardless of changes in educational policy, Green Card status serves as a safeguard.
Currently, the U.S. EB-5 investment immigration program is one of the effective ways to quickly obtain a U.S. Green Card. Under the new policy, applicants born in mainland China do not currently face a visa backlog. Submitting an application as early as possible to lock in a priority date will help realize the dream of immigrating to the United States sooner.
