Recently, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) released all application data for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2024 (July–September 2024), including statistics for the EB-5 program:

For specific data, please refer to the table below:
On April 1st, USCIS implemented new fee regulations, which prompted many investors to submit their applications in March. Following the surge in March, the volume of filings decreased significantly in the third quarter (April–June). However, entering the fourth quarter (July–September), the volume of EB-5 applications rebounded rapidly, reaching the second-highest level since the implementation of the new regulations, surpassed only by the previous quarter driven by the USCIS fee adjustments.
To date in fiscal year 2024, a total of 1,025 I-526E applications have been approved. While the number of I-526E approvals has been steadily rising, the rate of approval has not kept pace with the rate of filings, leading to a faster growth in the backlog.
This clearly demonstrates that investors have keenly identified the significant advantages provided under the current act and are actively seizing the opportunity presented by the absence of visa retrogression. Furthermore, EB-5 applicants already in the United States, including international students, can utilize "concurrent filing." This allows applicants currently without a backlog to simultaneously file an I-526E immigrant petition alongside an I-485 application to adjust status. They may also apply for an I-131 travel document and an I-765 employment authorization, allowing them to legally reside, study, and work in the U.S. and enjoy the freedom associated with a pending green card. This "pre-locking of green card status" is attracting a significant number of applicants.
Of course, as application volumes continue to increase, the golden window of opportunity for EB-5 visa availability under the new act will grow shorter. Boarding the EB-5 bus with its balance of speed and security is currently a crucial opportunity to obtain a U.S. green card quickly and simply!
For those applicants eager to stay in the United States, do not wait blindly. You must seize the current final window of no-backlog status, file as early as possible, and secure your priority date promptly. The earlier your priority date, the further ahead you remain in the waiting line, and consequently, the shorter your wait will be; conversely, the later you file, the longer your wait will be. Therefore, applying as early as possible has become an urgent decision.
The new EB-5 act mandates that only rural projects within regional centers enjoy "priority processing" rights, a policy which USCIS is actively implementing in the processing of I-956F and I-526E petitions. Therefore, rural projects are a premium choice for Chinese applicants seeking expedited green card processing.
Currently, two top-selling boutique EB-5 projects on the market—the "Bryce Canyon Marriott Hotel," located in one of the top ten national parks in the U.S. and exclusively represented by Worldway Group in the Greater China region, and the "Curio Collection by Hilton - Hawaii," forged by capital giants—are both high-quality rural EB-5 projects that have been strictly vetted and selected by Worldway Group, making them excellent choices for your rapid migration to the U.S. Both boutique EB-5 projects are qualified rural TEA projects under the new act. They not only benefit from reserved EB-5 visa quotas but also receive priority processing from USCIS. They offer numerous advantages, including no visa retrogression, priority approval, and first-lien mortgage protection for EB-5 funds. With investment starting at $800,000, one application can enable the entire family to obtain green cards quickly. Opportunities are limited; please act promptly.
