In the arena of dreams, opportunities often favor those who dare to take the first step. While you may still be hesitating to take action towards immigrating to the United States, many have already successfully obtained their U.S. green cards through a unique pathway.
The U.S. Department of State's Visa Office has officially announced the immigration visa bulletin for the EB-5 investment immigration program for the first month of the new fiscal year 2025, which is October 2024.
The latest results show that the priority dates for the direct investment categories C5 and T5, as well as the non-visa reserved categories I5 and R5 for regional center projects, remain consistent. Compared to previous announcements, the priority dates have advanced by 7 months to July 15, 2016. For the B table, the direct investment categories C5 and T5, along with the non-visa reserved categories I5 and R5 for regional center projects, have regressed by 3 months to October 1, 2016.
It is noteworthy that the three major categories under the new policy (rural areas, high unemployment areas, and infrastructure) for reserved visa projects continue to have no backlog.
Table A: Final Action Dates For Employment-Based Preference Cases
(Note: U.S. consulate interviews & USCIS submission of AOS applications)
Table B: Dates For Filing Of Employment-Based Visa Applications
(Note: For those legally residing in the U.S. and meeting relevant conditions, submit AOS applications to USCIS)
Additionally, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has officially announced that the B table will be open for submissions in October.
According to the October visa bulletin, the priority date for non-visa reserved categories of EB-5 regional center projects for applicants born in mainland China is July 15, 2016. Investors who have received I-526 approval with a priority date earlier than July 15, 2016, can enter the final consulate interview process or submit the I-485 adjustment of status application in the U.S. For investors who have received I-526 approval with a priority date between July 15, 2016, and October 1, 2016, it is recommended to pay fees and submit the DS-260 form and documents to the NVC for review as soon as possible to obtain the conclusion letter. The NVC visa team of the WorldWay Group will continue to initiate client screening, contact relevant law firms, and submit NVC visa applications/I-485 adjustment of status for eligible applicants, providing interview guidance, etc.
At the same time, according to the October visa bulletin, there continues to be no backlog for EB-5 visa reserved categories for investors born in mainland China. For investors, immediate action is required to secure reserved visa quotas and seize the opportunity to immigrate to the U.S. through the "fast track" without a backlog! Under the new EB-5 legislation, applicants meeting certain conditions can simultaneously submit I-526E/I-526 immigration applications and I-485 adjustment of status applications, as well as travel permit I-131 and work permit I-765 applications, allowing for a quicker transition to living and working in the U.S.
Want to quickly obtain a U.S. green card for your entire family? Currently, the three most popular EB-5 projects on the market, exclusively represented by WorldWay in the Greater China region, include the "Marriott Hotel at Bryce Canyon National Park," ranked among the top ten national parks in the U.S., the "Florida Lakeside Jewish Community" with numerous approved I-526E cases, and the "Grand Resort in Hawaii" developed by capital giants. These are high-quality EB-5 rural projects that have been rigorously selected and vetted by the WorldWay Group, making them an excellent choice for your swift immigration to the U.S.
These three premium EB-5 projects all comply with the new legislation for rural TEA projects, not only enjoying reserved EB-5 visa quotas but also receiving priority processing from the immigration bureau. They offer numerous advantages such as no backlog, priority approval, and first-position collateral for EB-5 funds, starting from an investment of $800,000. One application can secure a green card for the entire family, with limited quotas available, so act quickly.
