In the global immigration investment market, the U.S. EB-5 program undoubtedly holds a pivotal position, with its every move not only capturing the attention of countless investors but also serving as an important signal for investors to gain insights and grasp market trends.
Recently, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) released all application data for the third quarter of fiscal year 2024 (April to June 2024), including EB-5 applications. Let’s take a look with the WorldWay Group.
According to the statistics released by USCIS, in the third quarter of fiscal year 2024, USCIS received a total of 332 new I-526/E applications under the new law, of which 295 were new law regional center applications.
In the first quarter of fiscal year 2024 (October to December 2023), USCIS received 581 I-526/E applications, and in the second quarter (January to March 2024), USCIS received 1,879 I-526/E applications, setting a new high for this fiscal year. Entering the third quarter, the I-526E application data suddenly dropped significantly to 332 applications.
Analysis indicates that the new price increase regulations implemented by USCIS after April 1 led many investors to rush to submit applications in March, which is also a significant reason for the explosive growth in application data in the second quarter.
Additionally, from the approval volume of I-829, this quarter still maintained a high level of over 1,800 applications, indicating that USCIS is accelerating the I-829 approval process. Since the last quarter, the approval data for I-829 has already been speeding up. This quarter, the number of I-829 applications is significantly higher than the data seen in recent years. Many existing clients of the WorldWay Group have received good news of successful I-829 approvals, with some clients being approved in just 35 days, which is remarkably fast.
For investors looking to immigrate to the United States through investment immigration, it is advisable to choose projects under the EB-5 visa reserved category of the new EB-5 law as soon as possible. According to the latest visa bulletin, investors born in mainland China under the EB-5 visa reserved category are still in a no-waiting period status. Therefore, the current policy advantage presents a good opportunity for rapid immigration to the United States. In fact, since the release of the new EB-5 law, it has been highly favored by Chinese families, especially the "EB-5 rural project under the reserved visa category - no waiting period & double submission & priority processing," which has become the focus of many families. Seizing the opportunity for no waiting period and quickly obtaining a green card is now!
Currently, the three most popular premium EB-5 projects on the market, exclusively represented by the WorldWay Group in the Greater China region, include the approved "University Town Hilton Hotel" and the "Florida Lakeside Jewish Community" EB-5 project, which has already received a large number of I-526E approvals, as well as the "Hawaii Grand Resort Hotel" EB-5 project created by capital giants. All of these are high-quality EB-5 rural projects that have undergone rigorous screening and strict quality control by the WorldWay Group. These three premium EB-5 projects comply with the new law's rural TEA project requirements, not only enjoying reserved EB-5 visa quotas but also receiving priority processing from USCIS, combining advantages such as no waiting period, priority approval, and first-priority collateral for EB-5 funds, with investments starting at $800,000, one application for the whole family to quickly obtain green cards, with limited availability, so act fast.
