The U.S. Department of State's Visa Office has officially announced the immigration visa bulletin for the EB-5 investment immigration visa for February 2024, the fifth month of the fiscal year 2024.
The latest results show that the A chart for direct investment projects C5 and T5 categories is consistent with the non-reserved categories I5 and R5 of regional center projects, with a forward movement of 7 days compared to the previous bulletin, now dated December 15, 2015. The B chart remains unchanged, with the same consistency for direct investment projects C5 and T5 categories and the non-reserved categories I5 and R5 of regional center projects, maintaining the date of January 1, 2017.
It is noteworthy that the reserved categories for the EB-5 visa (20% for rural area project reserved visas, 10% for high unemployment area project reserved visas, and 2% for infrastructure project reserved visas) currently continue to have no waiting period.

Additionally, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has officially announced the acceptance of I-485 adjustment of status applications starting in February.
According to the February visa bulletin, the priority date for non-reserved categories of EB-5 regional center projects for applicants born in mainland China is December 15, 2015. Investors who have obtained I-526 approval with a priority date earlier than December 15, 2015, can enter the final consulate interview process or submit the I-485 adjustment of status application in the U.S. For investors who have obtained I-526 approval with a priority date between December 15, 2015, and January 1, 2017, it is recommended to pay fees and submit the DS-260 form and documents to the NVC for review as soon as possible to obtain a decision letter. The document teams and customer service teams of the WorldWay Group will continue to initiate client screening, contact relevant law firms, and submit NVC visa applications for eligible applicants, providing interview guidance, etc.
For investors who have obtained I-526 approval with a priority date between December 15, 2015, and January 1, 2017, the B chart opens in February 2024, and if they meet relevant conditions, they can submit AOS adjustment of status applications.
The WorldWay Group kindly reminds: As you know, on February 14, 2023, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services adjusted the age calculation rules for I-485 applications: the age of children will be locked based on the B chart (provided that the B chart is open, otherwise it will continue to be based on the A chart). Since the B chart remains open in January, for families whose children have aged out according to the A chart but have not aged out according to the B chart (i.e., priority dates between December 8, 2015, and January 1, 2017), it is advisable to contact the WorldWay Group as soon as possible to confirm whether the children meet the relevant conditions to submit I-485 applications and lock in their ages.

Immigration has two key elements—timing and choice! For investors with a strong demand for immigration to the United States, the rural projects in the EB-5 reserved visa channel are currently the preferred way to quickly obtain a U.S. green card. The best time to seize the opportunity to obtain a U.S. green card without a waiting period is now.
Currently, the "Florida Lakeside Jewish Community" EB-5 rural project, exclusively represented by the WorldWay Group in the Greater China region, has been approved under I-956F, combining advantages such as no waiting period, priority processing, a project employment multiplier of up to 5.75, EB-5 funds enjoying first-priority mortgage guarantees, collateral valued at 2.6 times the EB-5 loan amount, and a minimum investment period of only 3 years, providing investors with an excellent opportunity to quickly obtain a U.S. green card! This high-quality rural EB-5 project, which is hard to come by, has only a limited number of spots left after rounds of rush purchases; good projects do not wait for anyone, interested parties should act quickly!
Additionally, the "University Town Hilton Hotel" EB-5 rural project in North Carolina, exclusively represented by the WorldWay Group in the Greater China region, is also a preferred option for investors to quickly obtain a U.S. green card. This project meets the qualifications for both "rural TEA" and "urban high unemployment TEA," featuring priority approval, no waiting period, a 50% real estate mortgage guarantee valued at 2.9 times, a 50% personal asset guarantee from the developer, EB-5 funds moving in and out with the Peach Tree Group, and enjoying first-priority mortgage guarantees, along with the unique and scarce location of the university town. The project is limited to 25 spots globally, with few remaining; interested parties should act quickly!
Investment immigration is all about choice; for EB-5 investment immigration, selecting the right project and the right professional immigration agency is key! Immigration is a comprehensive planning process, and it is important to choose a legitimate, professional, reputable immigration agency! A capable immigration company can truly help immigration applicants successfully complete their immigration process.
