The U.S. Department of State Visa Office has officially released the immigrant visa bulletin for January 2024, the fourth month of the 2024 fiscal year, for the EB-5 investment immigration program. The latest results show that for Table A, the C5 and T5 categories for direct investment projects and the I5 and R5 non-reserved categories for regional center projects remain consistent, with the priority date advancing by 68 days to December 8, 2015. Table B remains unchanged, with the C5 and T5 categories for direct investment projects and the I5 and R5 non-reserved categories for regional center projects remaining at January 1, 2017.
It is worth noting that the EB-5 reserved visa categories (20% for rural area projects, 10% for high unemployment area projects, and 2% for infrastructure projects) currently remain without a backlog.
Table A: Final Action Dates For Employment-Based Preference Cases
(Note: U.S. Consulate interview & USCIS filing of AOS adjustment of status application)
Table B: Dates For Filing Of Employment-Based Visa Applications
(Note: For those legally residing in the U.S. and meeting relevant conditions, filing an AOS adjustment of status application with USCIS)
In addition, USCIS has officially announced that it will begin accepting I-485 adjustment of status applications based on Table B in January.
According to the January visa bulletin, the priority date for applicants born in mainland China for the non-reserved categories of the EB-5 regional center program is December 8, 2015. Investors who have obtained I-526 approval and have a priority date earlier than December 8, 2015, may proceed to the final consular interview stage or file an I-485 adjustment of status application in the United States. For investors who have obtained I-526 approval and have a priority date between December 8, 2015, and January 1, 2017, it is recommended to pay fees and submit Form DS-260 and documents to the NVC for review as soon as possible to obtain a documentarily qualified letter. The NVC visa teams within the document and customer service departments of WorldWay Group will continue to initiate client screening, contact relevant law firms, submit NVC visa applications for eligible applicants, and provide interview coaching as always.
WorldWay Reminder: As you know, as early as February 14 this year, USCIS adjusted the age-out calculation rules for I-485 applications: the age of children will be locked based on Table B (provided that Table B is open; otherwise, it will continue to be based on Table A). Since Table B remains open in January, for families whose children have aged out under Table A but not under Table B (i.e., investors with priority dates between December 8, 2015, and January 1, 2017), please contact WorldWay Group as soon as possible to confirm whether your children meet the relevant conditions to file an I-485 application and lock in their age.

There are two key elements to immigration—timing and choice! For investors with a rigid demand for U.S. immigration, the rural project within the EB-5 reserved visa channel is the preferred choice among the best options for quickly obtaining a U.S. Green Card. Now is the time to seize the opportunity for a quick U.S. Green Card without a backlog.
Currently, the "University City Hilton Hotel" EB-5 rural project, a scarce real estate asset in a university town in North Carolina, for which WorldWay serves as the exclusive agent in Greater China, is an excellent choice for investors and their families to quickly obtain a U.S. Green Card. This project offers multiple advantages, including priority processing, no backlog, 50% collateral guarantee via real estate valued at 2.9 times the investment/50% guarantee via the developer's personal assets, and EB-5 funds entering and exiting alongside Peachtree Group with first-priority mortgage security. With only 25 spots available globally, these are rare, and interested parties should act quickly!
In addition, the "Florida Lakeside Jewish Community" EB-5 rural project, for which WorldWay serves as the exclusive agent in Greater China and which has already received I-956F approval, is also a wise choice for investors to quickly immigrate to the United States. This project combines many advantages, such as priority processing, no backlog, a high project employment multiplier of 5.75, and first-priority mortgage security for EB-5 funds, providing investors with an excellent opportunity to quickly obtain a U.S. Green Card! This high-quality, rare rural EB-5 project has only a few spots left after round after round of purchasing. Good projects do not wait; interested parties must act quickly!
