The U.S. Department of State's Visa Office has officially released the Visa Bulletin for the third month of the 2024 fiscal year, December 2023, for the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. The latest results show that Table A remains unchanged, with direct investment categories C5 and T5, as well as non-reserved regional center categories I5 and R5, remaining at October 1, 2015. Table B remains unchanged, with direct investment categories C5 and T5, as well as non-reserved regional center categories I5 and R5, remaining at January 1, 2017.
It is worth noting that the EB-5 reserved visa categories (20% for rural projects, 10% for high-unemployment area projects, and 2% for infrastructure projects) currently remain without a backlog.
