Recently, the "2023 European Cities and Regions of the Future" report was released. The report evaluated the investment prospects of 370 cities and 148 regions in Europe, with Dublin, Ireland, ranking third.

The report categorizes cities by population size into major, large, mid-sized, small, and micro cities, and regions into large, mid-sized, and small. The report evaluates and ranks cities based on multiple dimensions, including economic potential, connectivity, human capital, business friendliness, lifestyle, and cost-effectiveness.
Multiple Irish cities made the list and ranked at the top in various categories. Dublin ranked third overall and took the top spot in the ranking of major European cities with investment potential.

Furthermore, in the ranking of European regions with a population of less than 1.5 million, the Dublin region ranked first overall. Cork, Ireland, was named the top city for economic potential among small European cities for the second consecutive year. Limerick, Galway, and Shannon, Ireland, ranked in the top five among European micro cities, with Sligo ranking sixth and Dundalk ranking tenth.
Known as the "Emerald Isle," Ireland is a member of the European Union, the OECD, the WorldWay Organization, and the United Nations. With a developed economy, an excellent environment, and reputations such as the "Celtic Tiger," "European Silicon Valley," and "Emerald Isle," Ireland has long been favored by investors for its beautiful and suitable environment, highly developed economy, comprehensive and advanced medical care, mature and excellent education, and generous social welfare. It has become an ideal destination for global high-net-worth families and highly skilled talent to invest and develop.
For those intending to immigrate to Ireland, only the final golden application period remains. The Irish Immigrant Investor Programme (IIP) was closed as of February 15, 2023; however, the immigration authorities have provided a grace period for projects that have not yet recruited enough investors, until the quotas are exhausted. Projects are limited, so you must seize the opportunity and secure a quota.
Currently, to invest and immigrate to Ireland, you can apply for Irish residency for your whole family by investing in a donation project recognized by the Irish government, with a donation of only 500,000 euros (group donations can be discounted to 400,000 euros). There are still a few precious spots left for the project, so please hurry.
The two key elements of immigration are timing and choice! Those who seized the policy dividends have already realized their immigration dreams, while investors who have missed out should grasp the present and get on board. Therefore, it is recommended that applicants interested in investment and immigration should plan as early as possible, seize the opportunity, and submit their applications early. There may not be much time left for applications under the current policy, so taking immediate action is the best strategy for those in need!
