In early January 2022, the University Circle, Cleveland, Uptown Apartment expansion EB-5 project, in which clients of Worldway Group immigration invested, successfully returned investment funds to those who had "met the 2-year conditional green card risk period requirements" and "completed the termination of immigration application procedures." All Worldway Group investors met the repayment requirements and successfully received full refunds, which is great news for the investors.

The University Circle, Cleveland, Uptown Apartment expansion project is located in Uptown, within the University Circle district of Cleveland. This area has developed into a thriving art and entertainment district in Cleveland. The New York Times described Uptown as Cleveland's "new downtown" and one of the most exciting places to live, work, study, and play in the state of Ohio.

The project mainly provides apartments and retail services for the 12 educational institutions and 13,000 students within University Circle. Phase I of the project was completed in 2012; the expansion project began construction in late 2013, was completed in the summer of 2014, and achieved full operation in 2015. The job creation required for the removal of conditions for all investors has been exceeded. Following the full operation of the Uptown apartment project, the Uptown community realized a revitalization in 2015. The community stood out among hundreds of new urban development projects and was ultimately awarded the Rudy Bruner Award for Urban Excellence (Silver Medal).
