In August 2020, Mr. Brennan Sim, Senior Vice President of EB-5 United, conducted a comprehensive inspection of the construction site on behalf of EB-5 investors. During the visit, he interviewed Mr. Joel Nickel, the Project Executive Director, and Mr. Eric Christianson, the Executive Deputy Director. Mr. Joel Nickel introduced the milestone progress achieved by the project, as well as the construction progress of supporting facilities, such as the bowling alley, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, ski slopes, and the adjacent golf course. He stated: "This project covers 518,000 square feet, and upon completion, it will become the largest and most magnificent building in Montana."

In addition, Mr. Joel Nickel stated that the Governor of Montana has designated construction as an "essential business." Because of this, construction on the Yellowstone Club Phase II project has not been halted due to the pandemic. To ensure safety, the project contractor has adopted various safety precautions, such as having nurses stationed at the construction site to conduct daily morning temperature checks for all construction workers; workers' helmets are equipped with sensors, which can collect data to quickly identify close contacts if a new COVID-19 case is discovered on the site.

WorldWay Group will continue to monitor the construction progress of the Yellowstone Club Phase II EB-5 project and share updates with everyone as soon as possible.

Currently, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) continues to receive and process immigration applications as usual. For investors with a rigid demand for U.S. immigration, they should promptly lock in high-quality projects based on their own circumstances: "Prepare early, apply early, queue early, and benefit early!"

For those interested in immigrating to the United States, the Yellowstone Club Phase II project, which is highly favored by investors, is an excellent choice to help investors successfully immigrate to the U.S. As one of the few EB-5 projects on the market that complies with the new regulations for low-cost $900,000 immigration, it combines many outstanding advantages, such as having already received dual approval from USCIS, having already exceeded the required job creation, being backed by collateral worth five times the loan amount, and having transparent fund supervision, which greatly protects the interests of investors.
