Currently, the construction of the Yellowstone Club Phase II EB-5 project, invested in by immigration clients of WorldWay Group, is proceeding in an orderly manner. The pandemic has not affected the project's progress. According to the construction contractor's report, as of April 30, 2020, 40% of the project construction has been completed. In addition, in mid-May 2020, the project completed the installation of the North District chimney cap (as shown in the image below).
The Yellowstone Club Phase II EB-5 project is developed and constructed by CrossHarbor Capital Partners, a well-known U.S. real estate investment firm. CrossHarbor owns over 80% of the developable land in the Big Sky area where the project is located, including approximately 25,000 acres across Moonlight Basin, Yellowstone Club, and Spanish Peaks. Over the past 11 years, the cumulative value of real estate assets developed, constructed, and sold in the "Greater Yellowstone Club" area alone has reached $3.13 billion. It can be said that CrossHarbor possesses extensive experience.
At the same time, the Yellowstone Club Phase II EB-5 project is provided with a completion guarantee by a subsidiary of CrossHarbor, which commits to providing the funds necessary for the project's completion. To date, a total of $130 million has been invested in the project. In fact, as early as September 2019, the jobs created by the project expenditures were already sufficient for all EB-5 investors to meet the conditions for removal of conditions. The project continues to create more jobs, generating a higher job surplus for investors to remove conditions.
As one of the few EB-5 projects on the market that complies with the new $900,000 low-investment regulation, the Yellowstone Club Phase II is highly favored by investors. The project combines many outstanding advantages, such as having already received dual approvals from the USCIS, having already exceeded job creation requirements, being backed by collateral worth five times the investment, and having transparent fund supervision, which significantly protects the interests of investors.
There have been continuous surprises for EB-5 immigration visas in 2020: the EB-5 visa bulletin advanced significantly by 165 days in March; it advanced by 47 days in May; and it continued to advance by 14 days in June. This is great news for investors. For those with a rigid demand for immigrating to the United States, they should lock in high-quality projects early, prepare early, apply early, join the queue early, and benefit early.
2020 is the Year of Health Planning; prioritize health planning and secure your status first. Good projects do not wait. If you missed the opportunity for the $500,000 EB-5 investment immigration to the U.S., you must not miss the $900,000 opportunity. High-quality projects are rare and should be booked as soon as possible. For project details, please contact: Mainland China: 400-138-2929; Hong Kong, China: (852) 2802 8798.
